Description

This chapter begins our final lead up to the on-coming change in global vibration where two themes will be the main focus from this chapter onwards, the renaissance of the Old Ways and the repair and preparation of a new system of education and nurturing for our children. From our perspective these two considerations are essential, and in that respect the information and insights given by our next two guests clearly set out the aims, objectives and parameters that will be needed after the change of everything that began at Uluru.
Sarah has sent us a breakdown of her main concern (which is posted on our site), that our children are being overwhelmed by a decaying system of formal learning in schools and society that serves profit and fear. In her summary, we have chosen two sentences which sum up her intentions and areas of concerns. “I will be diving deep into how we as parents can step into passionate action and begin to focus our energy into a conscious parenting role. We will discuss the world of technology and how we can make healthy boundaries within our children to minimise the attachments children are becoming prone to.”
Peter has spent some time in schools inspiring and motivating students to look deeper, and has succeeded at every level. He is clearly teaching and sharing from an Old Way Original perspective, but it goes further than that. His comparisons to other sources whether Star Wars, Harry Potter and many other non-Original avenues of wisdom resonates. Peter is acutely aware that most young men and women in school need so much more than skills in reading and mathematics, surely becoming a good person and happy at that, must come first? It does in Peter’s book, but alas in so many textbooks and lessons it is barely given lip-service.
While Sarah will focus solely on the issue of how our children are taught and try to cope in the chaos of daily life, as does Peter, he will also address the second part of our yearly equation, the understanding of Original Old Way legacy. His art is outstanding, it is created with undoubted skill and sensitivity, but equally, it reflects essential Old Way values and lore. Each painting relates to culture, on many occasions it is based on information or Dreaming Stories given by an Elder of high standing. If that painting is sold, so too is part of the profit returned to that Elder. That sharing of the ‘hunt’ is how it used to be, and still is in Peter’s case.
We will also look at both sides of the fence. My experience in the teaching profession over thirty years both in Primary and High School, as a principal, teacher and head teacher along with the contributions made in creating the Aboriginal Studies courses in NSW, gives me the right to weigh up the good and bad. What has become increasingly apparent and distressing is the continual emphasis on tests, marks and ranking children, which is primarily based on the ability to read and comprehend. Nothing else matters, I still remember when I took on a posting that spread over four high schools dealing with students who were not coping. On every occasion I would start by asking each student to write three words to describe themselves. Without exception one response was either the word “stupid” or variations of a word that means you are a total failure.
In our examination of aspects of Old Way culture and history, obviously we have no skill or talent in art, but when it comes to archaeology, we can make some useful contributions. Due to the sensational nature of the skulls, rocks, rings, Standing Stones site, Kariong and of course what happened at Uluru many other sites and discoveries have fallen by the wayside and deserve an airing and deeper discussion. Now is the time to look elsewhere within Australia at Original sites, structures, research of others and artefacts not previously raised in our online conferences.
As has been the norm recently, we will close once again with a series of questions for Lea’s Alien guide and mentor, Mezereth. The breath and scope of what he knows seems to be without boundaries not just in the knowledge shared but timing. Along with some more questions about our past and immediate future, what struck me recently was his reply to a past life I had thousands of years ago, ins that he knew exactly when, where, why and my personal content from so long ago. But how? How could he know about my distant past in so much detail, how long has he been here, and has it been one continuous existence? Or has it been many incarnations, but if so, does all the knowledge from previous lives remain with him each time he comes back in a mortal form? I feel it is time to get a touch personal and try to find out more about a being that has few equals in the Cosmos.
