In maintaining the spirit of Wrritjin, after an all Original cast in our last presentation, this conference is focused outside Australia and we have invited three earlier guests to complete their research/stories although based overseas still address Old Way teachings, culture and perspectives.
T.J. did work overseas for media outlets examining and comparing ancient sites and artefacts. She can provide a fascinating overview of the technology, logistics are features that are at the least anomalous and just did not fit into the accepted account of human evolution that began in the caves and reaches its peak now.
Paul and Phoebe takes us on the same journey but seek out a different setting of a more mystical complexion. They are half-way through their decade-long sabbatical in seeking out wisdom-keepers and magicians. Their narrative is anecdotal, personal and centred around one recurring theme: finding elemental truths and reasons why.
And that is where we intend to examine, this vexed question relating to magic and the derision any face if daring to broach such a delicate topic, doesn’t take us overseas as the earlier two presentations are based, but more off-any planet claimed to be devoid of magic. Most scientists insist magic is a non-event or pure mischief with no base in fact. We intend to use scientific methodology, compelling historical accounts of pedigree and an honest disposition in relaying events and talents witnessed by us, all of which could be classified as either miraculous or magical.
Lea and Mezreth will continue in our question-and-answer sessions, which as always is a journey into the complete unknown, obscure metaphors and information often well beyond our understanding or intellect. It is a huge claim for Lea to make in acting as an interlocutor, and one totally lacking in empirical proof, except in one respect. If listening to his answers time after time, the person listening will soon realise the answers are not only beyond the capacity and understandings of not only Lea and myself, but every living human being on this planet.
