Four Bees: Archaeology in and Around Gosford

Warning: This Article mentions the Name of a Deceased Australia Original Elder
For some time our focus has been on the larger Standing Stones and smaller marked and magic rocks, so much so that it may seem we are obsessed by rocks. Our critics, and some more sympathetic, have most certainly suggested we look elsewhere. To allay concerns that we only do rocks, we have selected four sites which do break that tradition. So it is out with rocks that stand or are mobile, to be replaced by stationary markings on four rocks/platforms. Instead of talk about markings on rocks as before, we now intend to investigate four sites that contain markings on rocks.
No doubt there may be a few readers who may see a contradiction in abandoning the study of marked rocks preferring instead to investigate marks on rock, at first glance it all seems the same. Not from our perspective, we are always looking on the margins, the rocks we are now discussing are unable to move, the rocks studied before can be moved or were illegally removed and hidden behind a curtain of apathy. It is a fine pedantic distinction in deleting an ‘s’ when wading neck deep in rocks of every type, nonetheless any change in course, be it ever so slight, will be welcomed and claimed as such.
All four sites under consideration are found in the Gosford/Blue Mountains area, to be any more specific unless the site is well known achieves no purpose beyond making it a target for vandals and those who wish to hide the past. The information to be presented spans six years, beginning with some incredibly important historical facts found within some Original wisdom that was filmed and recorded by the Ancient Aliens’ crew barely a year ago, but was lost on the editor’s floor. The other three are older, but were never fully understood at the time and with the gathering of so much more knowledge and rocks, deserve an up-date and the chance to be put into proper context. The four sites to be discussed were chosen for two reasons, each challenges fundamental historical assumptions that is not just local but global, but more importantly, they pay homage to the very beginning of a hybrid between one type of hominid residing in Australia and beings from a distant constellation. Secondly, even if by one degree of separation, all sites share a connection to the letter B.
The first of the four to be examined is the oldest from our selection. It was chosen to lead off as it serves two purposes in confirming amazing technology was being used in this country long ago, and questions where the knowledge and inspiration came from.
B****r*** (This site is also the geographical name of the area where an ancient settlement once stood, and providing the actual name will betray the location of the site to within a five kilometre radius, because of these defining markers it is sufficient to present two letters and leave the balance unknown.)

About six years ago a gentleman by the name of Gavin Bragg contacted us by phone and sent some photos of an intriguing site and spoke briefly about what was there. What we saw and heard was incentive enough but we still had one concern over content. During the last phone call before we met, I asked Gavin whether this massive complex was made from stone or concrete. The photos were clear in general details but did not give up the particulars, and if it was concrete then it was more than likely recent and of no interest. No, it was definitely not concrete but made entirely from stone. Gavin wasn’t entirely sure from what it was constructed, possibly sandstone, but he was adamant there was no concrete on site.
Not being concrete, located in one of the most dangerous and hostile positions imaginable if trying to establish a substantial settlement, and bearing a non-Aboriginal history of contact makes mention of a few souls adventurous enough to enter this region and thank the Almighty they actually survived. It would seem that these remains have all the hallmarks of another inconvenient historical truth.
My concern was no longer if, but how. Everything about and around this site seemed so sophisticated, that much seemed clear but as to how to report and describe such a significant and fragile site was of vital importance. We have seen too many tragic examples of sacred sites replete with bulldozer tracks, paint, scratched in additions and sections actually chiseled out, and knew that the possibility the same fate awaited this place was high. In deference to the real prospect of vandalism and racism, the brief non-Aboriginal historical timeline we will provide is an amalgam of fact, fiction and anonymity. The names, dates and locations are based on historical accounts, but will be changed simply to protect and conceal position from people full of malice or deception. (However, in attempt to maintain a degree of authenticity any commentary given quotation marks will remain unedited.)
Enter at Your own Risk
At some time after the First Fleet invaded, the Governor-General directed a party to explore this rugged region. They spent close to a week in exploration and dread, noting that they were “glad to get out and be free of those gorges.”(1) Not long after a more formal expedition headed by John Smith, set off to chart the steep gorges and narrow ravines and perhaps find land suitable for agriculture. There were no prospects of settlement or farming, staying alive was only imperative at play. Smith was relieved to survive the ordeal and “he thanked God … to get out alive.”(2)
In the 1820’s famed explorer Barry (his real name makes it too easy) supplied a graphic description of why those who preceded him were so thankful to exit undamaged. He observed that the treacherous terrain highlighted by “very wild, stupendous cliffs,”(3) some plummeting “over 2,000 feet”(4) was a source of constant danger.
From that point until the beginning of the 20th century there are no records of any non-Aboriginal expedition, settlement or even fossicking in this isolated region. It wasn’t until Warren Ford, the editor of a local newspaper, managed to find a track that linked it to the adjoining valley, did any white person bother to walk near this hostile land.
Not long after a hiking tradition began to take hold, for any intrepid soul who wanted to challenge their mountaineering skills and fortitude a bottle was placed at the peak on the highest mountain that forms a part of this region. Mary Boyle and her father mastered the ascent and in 1922 they too recorded their names and placed it in the bottle. Mention was made in the 1940’s by XXX Bushwalking Club of the steep inclines but it wasn’t until the early 60’s when a walking party associated with YYY Bushwalking Club found a point of entry, and people began to slowly familiarise themselves with the terrain and accessible paths. And it is this pursuit and the more adventurous off-shoot of canyoning that has continued to attract people to this area.
What needs to be stressed is that amongst the few that ventured within, none made mention of sighting either remains of short-term or long-term settlement. There is no claim, until now, of a hiker stumbling upon evidence of any farm building or even a temporary shack to act as shelter during inclement conditions. We can state with absolute assurance that no-one or any official record has made claim of any organised residence or habitation. It is an adventurers’ playground, the notion of children playing and plummeting off cliffs, along with the remoteness of situation, infertile soil, severe climatic conditions and inaccessibility makes habitation, even today, an arduous task.
“Sharp Right Angles”(5) Inside “Incredibly odd Shapes”(6)
With a general setting and roll call complete, there are three photos Gavin provided which accompany this article, and I feel the best approach is to record Gavin’s explanation of what he and his friend Emily saw through referencing these photos.
It was late in the day and the light was rapidly failing as they made their way along a walking track. The complex was “50 to 100 metres off the track”(7) and was unlike anything they had seen in this area. What immediately grabbed their attention was “the incredibly odd shapes, as if it was a drainage system of some kind.”(8) That in itself was odd enough but the manner of construction highlighted by “sharp right angles,”(9) appeared very non-Aboriginal. What really stood apart was that “it is not built into the ground but separate”(10) and had most definitely “been placed there.”(11)

The section of drain/irrigation channel nearly intact was of “two to three metres in length.”(12) Scattered throughout the site were “lots of these little pieces all the way around,”(13) noting that there are “different sections of it and it looks like it runs up the hill.”(14) Gavin felt that “these stones are long and sat inside a structure.”(15)
Further up is a very unusual and decidedly artificial cutting which is situated “on the top of the hill on the track.”(16) Gavin and Emily were unable to confidently assign a purpose, suggesting that it was a “bath or something, it was so obscure and 3 to 4 metres long.”(17) As unexpected as the drainage system was, this construction gave up no clues. It “was such an odd shape, on the edge of a cliff and it has such weird angles and is hard to imagine it would wear in that shape.”(18)

I put it to Gavin that this formation may be the result of erosion. He was adamant that it wasn’t natural as it is “above everything else and there is nothing to run into it.”(19) Being “almost to the ground you can almost walk into it,”(20) Gavin had no doubts all the structures spread over a considerable area were made not by natural forces, but human hands.
A Hoax or the Remains of an Ancient Civilisation
I see this as the point of no return. The Gosford Glyphs, despite the discovery of a second set of glyphs, a basalt chisel and nine metre tunnel beneath, is still officially deemed a hoax. Surely this complex will not suffer the same fate? If the Gosford glyphs are considered remote, as they should be, then this site is ten times more so. And that is the vital factor at play here, to create a charade of such proportions in a place no-one could even reach until recent times is utterly pointless. What exacerbates credibility even more are the logistics of the tools, shelter, provisions and masonry skills required along with the lack of tagging or rumour or any hypothetical hoaxer. The only reality on site is amongst the uncertainties there is one group that was definitely not involved, those who came after the British invasion were not responsible.
Anything past who wasn’t a participant is supposition. Nonetheless, many a case has been won purely on circumstantial evidence, and there is plenty of that in the immediate area. Within the immediate vicinity we have seen an Ankh, sacred ibis footprints, Thoth/Durrumullan in both Ibis and ape form, the Egyptian God of Inheritance, a series of glyphs and every engraving is always located amongst Aboriginal engravings. Under the remaining piece of sandstone ceiling engraved into the smallest of the three walls near Gosford is basically an ancient narrative detailing two Egyptian brothers of royal lineage sailing to Australia. Unfortunately one brother is bitten twice by a snake and dies. A local Dreaming story known by respected local Elder, King Bungaree, which was recorded in 1896 at a time well before any mention was made of the Gosford Glyphs, is identical in plot and tragedy. It too describes how two brothers sailed to Australia, and the misfortune of one who was bitten twice by a snake.
Coincidence, hardly, with an engraving of the most important Aboriginal spirit, the First Spirit Biamie, on the next ridge north of the hieroglyphs with one arm pointing directly at this Egyptian narrative and testimonial, we believe the Gosford Glyphs are genuine and the complex in the mountains is the final piece in this puzzle.
We know ancient Egyptians came, and as has been stated by many Elders, we know they were welcomed and tutored in mystical wisdom. The glyphs and local Dreaming story seems to be adequate confirmation, but that still leaves one loose end with two possibilities.
If settled in Australia for perhaps thousands of years, there is an inherent dilemma lurking in the background, as ancient Egyptian culture, lifestyle and the place of birth is not in accord with an Aboriginal hunter/gatherer lifestyle. As such, what Gavin and Emily discovered could fill that hole and fulfills that role. The size, mastery of masonry, aspect, proximity to Gosford Glyphs, a variety of engravings bearing Egyptian iconography and confirmation through local Dreaming story, along with the non-participation of post-Cook immigrants, really does make some form of Egyptian involvement in the affairs of Original people the most likely scenario.
Alternately, what if all of these symbols and settlements are much older? It could be the icons that seem so Egyptian were already here and exported abroad with permission. Knowing that we are reliably informed that the ankh engraving with ibis footprints is the oldest on a rock platform nearby and thought to be 10,000 years old, which is double the life span of the Egyptian ankh, the chances that the Egyptians came after the event is worthy of serious consideration.
In a perfect world and academic climate the only question remaining relates to what should happen once news of this discovery spreads? The answer should be: an immediate archaeological survey and thorough investigation taking place in consultation with Aboriginal people of that tribal estate conducted by scholars with an open mind and ability to see the big picture. But where shall we find such an endangered species?
Out for Lunch
In November of 2010 I made contact with Jacqui Hayes. She had just written an article detailing an extensive examination in America of Australian Aboriginal skulls found throughout the continent. The headline in the October/November edition of Cosmos (a leading Australian science magazine) asked: “Did Aborigines discover America? Startling new finds suggest Australia’s first people made it all the way to South America more than 11,000 years ago.”(21) What was particularly illuminating was the reply Jacqui gave when I asked her what the response had been in Australia. She had made contact with every relevant academic institution in Australia, and in every lamentable case their response was identical: a blanket refusal to discuss or even respond.
Many years have passed since her invitation was refused by all and I sincerely doubt that the archaeological climate has budged and this complex will most probably be yet another example of the collateral damage this inertia creates. The doubting responses never vary and is a mixture of natural formations, a devious piece of fakery, the remains of an unreported complex of dwellings built soon after settlement, perhaps Gavin cobbled all this together five months ago, and others I can’t even imagine, nor would waste my time doing so. Even though this is more ‘cut and dried’ than the Gosford Glyphs, I strongly suspect the same fate awaits the complex Gavin discovered.
What needs to be always factored into this newest discovery is that it neither stands alone, nor is it part of any conventional historical narrative. The next site needs no anonymity, it is fully signposted with a raised wooden boardwalk and signs that distract. Thousands have walked around this large set of engravings and been understandably fascinated by one very important Sky-Hero, to the detriment of a bigger picture.
The World’s Most Sophisticated Ancient Star Chart or Just a Collection of Fish, Kangaroos and People “Without Necks”(22)
We have been to the Bulgandry site at least half a dozen times, and it seemed that until we took Graham and Santha Hancock to the same site we had stood beside and above on the circular boardwalk that runs around the perimeter of the rock platform, we had overlooked the obvious. We were too busy examining one rather enigmatic engraving while oblivious to the totality of what was engraved on the entire platform.
To an extent we had fallen into the same error that blights so much of what NPWS and approved academics do when on sites of high Original significance. Quite a deal of time and expense has been spent in building the car park, track, boardwalk and numerous signs, but much of what is written on the signs is so wrong. The information given in panels spread along the path leading to the site is hindered by the same narrow focus evident in the plaques stationed around the wooden walkway that is constructed above the rock platform. Each of the 12 clusters/individual carvings are regarded as separate entities. A wallaby and kangaroo are signposted as being just animals, so too some fish, although in even this simple task they failed. A quite bulbous fish with fins is referred to an as eel, while the actual eel is less than three metres away under the boardwalk, but received no sign or acknowledgement.
Without doubt the most blatant example of this gross underestimation relates to what was posted alongside the engraving of a male which is often mistakenly called the Bulgandry engraving. The reality is that the site as a complex should be called the Bulgandry site, that particular engraving is certainly not Bulgandry. Nor what is officially claimed is of any use in ascertaining his identity, in fact it is a hindrance and quite insulting in content to Original Lore and history.
This male figure is supposedly holding a shield in one hand and a boomerang in the other with a woomera (spear-thrower) resting on his stomach. The nine rays radiating out of the left side of his head is regarded to be some sort of headdress, and in remaining consistent to this superficial commentary, the massive vessel the male has his foot resting upon has been repositioned and given a separate description five metres away, noting that it is merely a canoe without any specific purpose beyond staying afloat.
The Original Truths
So claim the anointed authorities, but when in consultation with the proper Original Custodians a dramatically different version of events unfold, and once again a familiar Original mantra comes to the fore, as on top so below. The supposed shield resting in the right hand is the sun, which is a relief because if it was a shield that is smaller than basketball it would be utterly useless, as it is far too small to deflect a twig let alone a 2 metre spear hurtling through the air. In the left hand is a crescent moon. Boomerangs are never held in the centre, as is the case here, but in the throwing position holding the bottom edge as any warrior would when about to throw.
In what we believe is not a coincidence is a constant ancient Egyptian motif throughout this area, which also includes the Bulgandry site. Thoth is the God of Wisdom and Knowledge and was known to balance the sun and moon in his hands. Not far from this site is an Original rock engraving of an Ankh with an ibis footprint. The Ankh was always by Thoth’s side whether represented in human or animal form (ibis/monkey) and its presence close to this engraving only adds to an increasing tally of Original/Egyptian artefacts.
The supposed woomera, which has to be about one third the size of the spear it is designed to launch, is far too big. If it was actually a woomera, the spears would have to be over 4 metres long which was never part of any coastal tool-kit. Spears close to that length were used to bring down big two metre red kangaroos in the drier inland, never smaller wallabies of less than half the size on the coast. According to Auntie Beve, David Fitzgerald and many other knowledgeable Elders, that woomera is actually the “Belt of Orion.”(23) This designated role and celestial destination helps place the oversized boat beneath his foot into context. As Original Elder Gavi Duncan explained to Graham and Santha, the engraving of a boat is not a vessel that floats on water, but navigates through the celestial heavens above. It represents the spacecraft that sailed “across the Milky Way”(24) which assisted in this engraved Sky-Heroes’ passage through space on his way to Earth.
Same Story, Same Tribal Estate
It is that theme which resonates throughout Darkinooong land and it seems that every sacred site shares the same account of beings from distant locations arriving at this planet. We suspect that the figure with the sun and moon in hand is Biamie, the first Creation Spirit. But before trying to interpret the symbols and nuances at the Bulgandry site, setting a comparative base through an examination of a paper compiled in 1939 by Frederic Slater, who was the President of the Australian Archaeology Education and Research Society, may assist. At a site not far away called Burragurra (Devil’s Rock) there are similar engravings of Biamie, and according to Slater’s interpretations of the narrative associated with the engravings, there is a dominant celestial theme of Gods coming from distant constellations.
Biamie’s footprints are called “Mundowa, meaning, “He brought living things from on high.”(25) According to Slater it was recorded in rock at Burragurra that Biamie “brought living things from on high and then stepped back into the high regions from whence he came.”(26) What was of particular relevance were two parts of Slater’s research which talk of Biamie’s female counterpart, Mulla Mulla, and what could be construed to be a massive rocket launching into space.
When Biamie and many other Sky-Heroes first arrived at Burragurra, for an unstated reason one of Biamie’s sons had no intentions of staying. He was referred to as “the nameless one,”(27) and he left the camp seeking a vehicle that could satisfy his need to return. As Slated noted, “the unknown figure went on until he came to a tree huge in girth and was so tall the foliage mingled with the clouds.”(28) In what was extremely literal and leaves minimal room for negotiation if describing the launching of a rocket into space, “the tree had vanished in a cloud of smoke.”(29) For those still unsure of the function of this craft and its destination, Slater added that “this beautiful tree is now the Southern Cross and the stars the notches whereby the spirits of the dead climb.”(30)
For any alleging this is all symbolic and somehow refers to an etheric destination we identify as Heaven, Slater’s account of the female deity, who may well be Biamie’s female equivalent, leaves no room to manoeuvre within this planet. Mulla Mulla was not born on earth but elsewhere in the galaxy, and it was for that reason “she was lifted down alive from a high place, and so, instead of being made on earth, she came from the sky above, where Bhaiame dwells.”(31)
Auntie Beve did no more than confirm the same off-world ancestry when responding to a question I asked about why was it all engravings of human-like figures are lacking a neck. Each of these figures seem to be adorned with what looks like helmets, and because of this it did not surprise when Auntie Beve replied that the Old Ones called what these beings were wearing “hats.”(32)
As on Top so Below
With this background setting established it would appear that the vessel at Bulgandry, which is over 6 metres long and has Biamie standing on the bow, as the Elders advised, was meant to represent a vehicle designed to navigate through space. This is entirely in accord with what the Elders have told us, however, the role the woman holding the tail of the large kangaroo is far more problematic.
The woman could be Mulla Mulla, placed directly above or below the male figure of Biamie and being the last of the land-based animals that form half the circle of 12 figures, the chances are high. Respected local Elder David Fitzgerald confirmed as we suspected, with no penis and a bulging, possibly pregnant, stomach we felt she was the female balance to the male engraving. This largest kangaroo is as I suspected the Law-man, and the fact she has his tail grasped in her right hand, thus in control, is a point of huge significance. If she can control the Law-man, something always depicted as a male, she is indeed the equal of any man, and because of this she may well be Mulla Mulla.
We are of the belief that the circle of animals/Sky-heroes numbering 12, with each figure or group of animals/beings representing individual clusters of stars. Six are land-based and six live in aquatic environments, and all twelve revolve around a carving we suspect is male sperm, although Graham Hancock felt it could be a serpent. Irrespective of identity, we all agreed that this small figure is the pivotal point (and the place from which all our central measurements were taken).
As to what this collection of engravings means as a total unit, a hint was given months before, and with the exception of Evan, was left in permanent stasis. David Fitzgerald told us much earlier that the Biamie engraving served many functions, but what was a constant was the connection above. In the spirit of ‘as on top so below,’ David told us that engraving marked a very important alignment of constellations which took place in November, 2013. This orientation of the stars was known of well before it occurred, as was what it meant. We knew of this celestial event for some time, but nearly all of us forgot to connect the dots in the sky to the engravings in rock.
It was only when on site with Graham and Santha Hancock, did the ‘penny drop.’ Evan realised that if the male figure was an astronomical marker of considerable sophistication, why not the others? He felt that each engraving represented a separate constellation, and once walking around the boardwalk tallying up 12 separate figures/clusters, the chances that these are the twelve constellations we are all familiar with did increase markedly.
Identifying the constellation/cluster of stars the other engravings represent is unknown at present, but we do intend to return and complete the measurements not taken and talk to the relevant Original Elders and Custodians. Outside establishing a case substantiating the function the engravings serve in marking out the stars and alignments, all we could gather were casual observations and comparisons that did little to clarify or expand on the only part of this story we could understand.
The Supporting Cast
Why there is a spider, which was confirmed by David, sitting on the tail of the wallaby is still to be determined. Two of the fish do not have tails and seem ancient in shape, and knowing that we have seen a more detailed engraving of a pre-historic fish with what looks suspiciously like a hard exoskeleton, it asks even more questions we will leave aside, for now.
There are three macropods that get progressively larger as one travels around the boardwalk if using the male figure of what is probably Biaime as the starting point. The closest and smallest is a wallaby, the next could be either a wallaby or kangaroo, while the kangaroo which is the largest and furthest away, was confirmed by Elders to be the Law Man. There are two animals, one land-based of an unrecognisable shape with a large spear protruding from its body, and the other water-based animal with a body shape that has no obvious semblance to any fish or aquatic mammal, which are of unknown origin and require more consideration.
There is no big Picture
The way the authorities went about protecting and signposting the Bulgandry site is symptomatic of a recurring lapse of judgement and consultation that blights so much of the archaeology conducted through official channels and agents. There is no big picture acknowledged, just detached captions. Nothing was seen in its totality, the web of interconnected sites spread throughout the entire region that form the complete narrative has been officially broken up into separate components, and the same blinkered methodology is evident at the Bulgandry site. The spaceship/boat beneath the male is but one page of this chapter, as are all the engravings on the rock platform. The same can be said for the hieroglyphs at Bambara, the back shaft, the thousands of star markers, Klaus’ Walls, the healing table, and so it continues. To ignore a page or destroy one chapter will see nothing eventuate except cardinal omissions and an incomplete story told.
The official version of events at Bulgandry is an insult to an Original legacy that has been barely understood and rarely appreciated. According to those appointed to interpret and protect, this site is a random, unrelated collection of marsupials, fish, spiders and mammals that serve no collective purpose. The Original Elders and Custodians of Lore have never agreed with the endorsed version of events, and nor have they been asked to contribute. And until they are politely asked and attentively listened to, the pages of the first Original narrative are strewn all over the countryside and the greatest story never told is still lost in confusion. With our collective legacy stolen, those in control are more than happy to maintain the deception and attack any who dare challenge their status quo.
When it comes to any official version, whatever has been misconstrued or edited at the Bulgandry site, pales by comparison to the next unique engraving if it was to be investigated and reported upon by an official agency. Everything on that site defies logic, nothing stirring fits into any version of common sense, nevertheless, there is definitely something stirring and rotating around one sandstone boulder.
Rock Lobster by the B-52s
From the first very first sighting that song just kept returning. It certainly is a lobster engraved into the side of a medium-sized sandstone boulder and looks nothing like any other engraving seen not only in the immediate area, but anywhere in Australia. If it wasn’t for Klaus Dona sending us his map of ancient remains, we sincerely doubt this rock lobster would ever be found again.
Klaus’ track record has been impeccable, this was the third mark on the map we had investigated and on each occasion we had found something quite remarkable without anything to compare against. This particular site has two points of interest, and to be honest the one we are discussing is the lesser peripheral site, which seems to be a unique curio that has been experimented upon on three separate occasions.
Neither Evan nor I were present the first time this engraving was discovered, we most assuredly saw the first photographs and came down soon after, but what stood out the most until being on site was what happened to Sean when he rested his battery pack on top of the boulder. He claims he only left it on the rock for five minutes, and equally, the same thing happened when resting the same pack against one of the pillars at Stonehenge. Twice over the batteries were completely drained of any charge, they had literally sucked dry by the rocks in England and near Gosford. That event was open invitation to get down as soon as possible.
Not long after we did fly down and even though I knew the engraving looked so fresh, I had assumed the angle or light was partially responsible for some form of distortion or emphasis of an aspect that accentuates or masks. It was none of the above, my first take was it was just too fresh and creamy and had to be done recently. Past that point whatever follows just did not fit into the surrounds. If a fake, why bother creating this mischief in such a remote location. Granted it is near a walking track, but unseen and inclined away from any line of sight. Unless deliberately selecting one mid-sized boulder and clambering down the other side, it is nigh on impossible to stumble upon this engraving.
A Change of Orientation
Some of members of the group suggested using Dowsing Rods and crystals as part of the kit-bag used in investigation. We had no prejudice or preference towards objects that undeniably mainstream science would reject. Nor did we have any knowledge of their use or how they operate, but being almost devoid of alternatives felt we needed every possible avenue covered, especially since this engraving was decidedly odd and no doubt challenging.
Before any excursion into the paranormal regions could begin a few simple tasks were completed. Measurements were taken, as were many photographs and a much more extensive examination of this rock seeking a reason why every other marking reveals a dull grey as opposed to the creamy semi-yellow exposed by the rock lobster. They were at least four other artificial cuts/engravings on the same rock and all others have the same dull grey colour at the base.
We could not progress past that contradiction which was only exacerbated by the fact all other engravings looked very old, not three minutes young. We hit two walls at the same time, one stood in front of us the other was a vacuum of next moves. Outside the rods and crystals, we had nothing, nothing made sense so why not peek around the edges?
Long-time colleague Shane pulled out a crystal on a chain, I wasn’t sure how it was used or what was thought to set it into motion, but he had no such reservations and held the device close to the engraving. Evan and I had no idea what the procedure was, but it took very little time before the chain and crystal began to stir then rotate in a circle. Barely noticeable at first, it soon picked up speed and increased in radius so quickly and was an impressive spectacle. Throughout this acceleration I kept a close eye on his fingers and wrist for signs of assistance or inflection. As for as I could determine, his hand, fingers and wrists did not move, whereas the crystal was in rapid transit with the rock lobster.
Out came the rods and eight volunteers each held them in front of the engraving. I kept apart wanting to stay impartial, at least that was the plan. Seven who held the rods had dramatic spinning whenever the rods were pointed directly at the engraving. One person did not get any reaction, the copper did not stir. That was not entirely unexpected, he was not from Australia and a tourist with a good heart but no connection to the land or spirit of the country, it did not surprise the sacred engraving was unresponsive.
Outside our guest from afar, a variety of associated experiments with rods and crystals maintained a perfect batting average. So convincing was this consistency of affirmations I downed folder and pen and grabbed two of these plain copper rods and pointed at the same enigmatic target. The things spun, so quickly the first rotation nearly clipped my nose. That felt so, so wrong because I did not spin those inert pieces of melted rock, that was the only fact I had to hold on to. I got worse, on one occasion I stood very close with the rods less than thirty centimetres and squeezed the metal as hard as I could. My intention was simple, stop the rods and keep them still. This time they were not going anywhere, not on my watch!
A futile gesture, at best I managed to get a five second reprieve before the dam busted open again. From that point until now, rods and crystals are always welcome on site when we are on country. My first foray into a branch of detection I still have trouble accepting, but have no choice but to do so, completed with me standing on the edge of a ledge with a five metre drop. It was the furthest point accessible from the lobster, a distance of about twenty metres. As soon as the rods were in the right alignment they spun with as much vigour as they did when I stood within one metre of a lobster on a rock.
Auntie Beve’s Ring and Clan Totem
Not long after Auntie Beve was taken to this site, did another esoteric penny drop. She was slightly surprised that she did not make this comparison on first sighting. I still remember her holding out her finger when showing us a rather large silver ring with a lobster on top. More importantly it wasn’t any old lobster, the proportions, segments and appendages were identical to that engraved on the sandstone boulder. What only upped the stakes was the fact that the lobster is her local clan totem, which means that engraving really does belong to this place under every Original setting.
That a vandal with undoubted masonry skills was aware that the last full-descent Original custodian of this tribal area carries a ring bearing her totemic relationship, then decided to create this ruse at a location almost impossible to find, is an extremely unlikely scenario. Undoubtedly, the alternative, that this is all due to the activities of some sort of self-repairing ascended entity cast into stone, is no less logical, but the reality is it has to be one or the other.
Amongst all the supposition and maybes there are some facts that all seem to lean in the same general mystical direction. More than once a comment was passed in regard to the phenomenal size of the native Gymea Lilies growing in the immediate vicinity, they were at least twice as big as seen anywhere else in the bush. To that tally of irregularities we must also include the fact that for whatever the reasons crystals and rods were spinning freely, so too was Sean’s battery pack drained by the same rock that guards this sacred engraving. The lobster should not be the colour it is, but it is and in what only adds to the mysteries, over the three years sighting this engraved crustacean it always looks one day old. Then to round out proceedings, it needs to be appreciated we were directed to this site by Klaus Dona and a map from above that marked out something extremely close-by of great importance.
So once again the same choices are there for the taking, this lobster engraving is a recent piece of graffiti or something far more powerful, ancient, science-bending and is still functioning. This engraving along with the other three Bees are merely small chapters of an Original historical narrative that resides within an official state of denial, it just did not happen, end of story.
The End of one Story and Beginning of Another
Whether through hindsight, experience or time spent with the sacred rocks, we felt in each case much more could be added or changed through a second examination of the Four Bees. In totality there is a bigger picture at play here that creates a sequence and chain of events to which these sites all pay homage.
Addressing humanity’s genesis and events before, both Bulgandry and Burragurra share a primary focus on ‘as on top,’ along with the deeds and identities of the Sky-Heroes. The blessings from the Pleiades were many and the flaws very few. However, there was one unpredictable introduction brought “from afar”(33) to a planet resonating pure love while harbouring mystical ambitions, which had unfortunate long-term consequences.
The technology from distant stars was far superior and well beyond the needs of planet that runs on high octane spiritual fuel and because of this, keeping the balance was always going to be a delicate exercise. There was trouble in paradise and at B****r*** an ancient settlement using sophisticated technology was destroyed outright by weaponry beyond the reach of any present-day laboratory. We see evidence all over the country of what was at one time long ago advanced technology that was used, then finally rejected. All that is left behind today past that seminal transformation in lifestyle are the rocks and their markings.
What we have found is that there are no limitations in the way humans and other beings can leave a message behind for posterity. Each time we assume after examining hundreds of these marked rocks that the form of script is complete, something first assumed to be unique comes a calling. Without doubt, of all the various forms and engravings/markings on the roster, the rock lobster is the most unique and intriguing.
Outside a slightly tenuous link to the letter B, all four Original sites stand united in affirming an Original truth that came into existence well before any hominid stood on two feet. We share a mixed genetic ancestry that spans the Cosmos.
